Olaf is the founding CEO of Cambrian Futures, an advisory think tank, and the concept development firm Cambrian Designs. He is the author of The AI Generation: Shaping our Global Future with Thinking Machines. He is on the faculty of Hult International Business School and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and recently served on the innovation policy committee for the Biden-Harris campaign.    

Sanjay is chief digital officer at Genpact, a global professional services firm that drives digital transformation for Fortune500 companies. Sanjay runs their AI, data, analytics, automation, and technology services businesses. Previously, Sanjay was a serial entrepreneur and built four successful startups and has held operating leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, Akamai and Sungard. If he had not been a tech executive, Sanjay’s dream job would have been a travel and food blogger. During the pandemic, he perfected the recipe for authentic charcoal fired clay pot Indian chai.
